Welcome to Next Day Air

Hi folks, and thanks for visiting Next Day Air. This website was formed out of frustration of having to deal with shipping companies, namely UPS and FedEx. While they both have an excellent service record, where they deliver something like 99% of packages on time, in good order, it seems that the 1% late, broken, damaged, fell off the back of the truck package happens more and more often every day.

This website is a project to compile phone number listings of all the local FedEx, UPS, DHL, Airborne Express, you name it, shipping companies out there. Sure, you can call their 800 number and get transferred to a call center in Ohio/India, but I'd much rather talk to the local office, the group intimately involved with my package.

Problem is that if you ask for the number, they can't/won't give it to you. In fact, it seems this number is under higher guard than most nations' nuclear program.

So, how to get the number?! Well, that's where the masses come in! Since we all have cell phones (with Caller ID), it's very easy to save the number once the local branch calls you (assuming you've had a problem of some sort with your package, which you've most likely had)

My goal is to have people like you send me these numbers so that I can compile them and provide them for consumers worldwide. So, if you have the number to you local shipping depot, write a quick comment and it will find itself on the website. I will compile and publish this list weekly. Soon, I hope to have every depot in the country and eventually even the international branches.

Cheers, and happy package travels to you all.

UPS Albany Oregon, they like to sneak up to your door while you are home and put a attempt to deliver sticker on your door. They try to force residential folks out in the rural s to go pick up package in town at the UPS station.

UPS called the NYPD on me because my DOT approved fuel tank is suspicious.
My neighbors told me no less than 10 police officers knocked on my door and everyone of my neighbor's in my apartment building asking if I'm a terrorist. THis over a DOT approved EMPTY fuel tank! I guess its weird for people living in NYC to have fuel tanks for recriational vehicles!!!?
